These Terms of Use govern your use of LiuApp.

1. Acceptance

By using LiuApp you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What LiuApp is

LiuApp lets you record audio and share it privately with people you choose — family members and contacts. You are responsible for the recordings you create, import, and share.

3. Acceptable use — zero tolerance

LiuApp has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not create, import, share, or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. Users who violate this may be blocked and removed, and their access revoked, at our discretion.

4. Reporting & blocking

You can block any user and report content directly in the app. Reports are reviewed and acted upon.

5. Subscriptions

Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple through the App Store; billing is governed by Apple's terms.

6. Disclaimer & parental approval

LiuApp is provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not responsible for content created, imported, shared, or approved by users. Recordings sent to a child device never play automatically — an adult must preview the audio and confirm it before a child can hear it. The adult who approves a recording is responsible for what the child listens to.
